Sarah was our doula for both our first and second births, and we could not have imagined either of those experiences without her. As a first time mom, I was terrified of the idea of labor and delivery, and I was considering having a doula to emotionally support me through my fears and anxiety. My husband and I decided to take her hypnobirthing class as first time parents. We loved that Sarah had a deep wealth of knowledge and understanding of birth, and the guided meditations we learned were incredibly powerful. Sarah helped us to feel equipped and empowered to ask questions and make birthing choices that were right for us, including choosing to have an epidural and touch the top of my baby's head as she was crowning. She also connected us to invaluable resources, including a lactation consultant and newborn photographer, who both have the same loving and understanding energy that Sarah does.— Melissa B., Severn
